Information we collect
When you send a quote request or enquiry form, we may collect your name, email address, business name, industry, service area, website address, project goals, preferred package, timing and any notes you choose to provide.
Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, identity documents, health information or other sensitive personal information through these forms.
Why we collect it
We use the information to assess your enquiry, recommend an appropriate next step, prepare a written scope or proposal, respond to you and maintain records relating to a possible or active project. If you do not provide the required contact and project details, we may be unable to respond meaningfully.
Submitting a brief does not add you to an unrelated marketing list and does not create a contract or payment obligation.
How information is handled
Website forms and hosting may be operated through service providers such as Netlify. Information may also be handled through email, document, hosting, accounting or payment providers when required to respond to an enquiry or deliver an agreed project. Those providers may process information on infrastructure outside Australia.
We do not sell information submitted through the website. We keep it only for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, project, record-keeping, security or legal purposes, then delete or de-identify it where practical.
Access, correction and privacy questions
You can ask what information we hold about you, request a correction or ask us to delete information where it is no longer reasonably required. Use the quote request form, enter “Privacy request” at the start of the final detail field and explain what you need. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
